If you see users act inappropriately you can use the little [Flag]-button (if there is one).

If you want an advice, if I were you, I would just only focus on positive comments and constructive criticism, and just ignore all the shitty toxic comments that you're talking about. Cheer up, my guy. Much encouragement, and always remember that those who truly support you will always understand you and they'll never need you to explain yourself in this kind of situations in first place, because after all, as you've already said, Newgrounds doesn't allow content (and with much reason, because people who like that type of content are sick fucks) such as CP, or relative content to that kind.
